One operational system from Podio, SafetyCulture and Xero
API integrations unified disjointed off-the-shelf tools, then extended with bespoke rent, checkout and payment-plan features for tighter credit control.

Challenge
TRG work in emergency housing and were running critical processes across separate packages: Podio for assets and tenant/property information, SafetyCulture for inspections, and Xero for accounts. The tools did not talk to each other. Staff duplicated effort, lost a single view of the operation, and struggled to keep property, compliance and money in step.
Solution
We integrated with the APIs for each platform and built a unified operational layer on top — one place to work, with Podio, SafetyCulture and Xero still doing what they do best underneath. We continue to extend that system with bespoke features: rent management, checkouts, payment plans and stronger credit control with tenants.
Impact
Disjointed packages become a joined-up operation. Teams stop re-keying between systems, management get a clearer picture across assets, inspections and finance, and the platform can grow with TRG’s processes instead of forcing another full tool swap.
